All items bought directly from www.sinfulswimwear.com can be returned within 14 days of purchase free of charge. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags are still in place – we are only able to process store credit if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out. We do not currently offer exchanges. When returning a item we ask you to send us a email with your full name, address and reason for the return. All returning items must be sent in the original Sinful Swimwear shipping bag. Please note; refunds on returns are store credit only.

We do not accept Returns for the following:

• Gift Cards

• Items sold at a pop up event

• Any items with their tags removed

• Any items that have been visibly worn

• Any items sold via a third party seller or stockist
